Project Owners: Project owners receive 50% of the gross profit, ensuring our motivation for the company’s stability and growth.

Investors: The remaining 50% of the gross profit is shared among investors proportional to their investments. This mechanism guarantees investors a transparent and fair reward.

6.3 Sales Channels

Wholesale: Sales of large product volumes to major distributors and manufacturers. The price per kg is set at 4000 CHF – TGK, 1800 CHF CBD.

Small Wholesale: Aimed at smaller distributors or medium-sized businesses. The price is set at 8000 CHF – TGK, 3000 CHF CBD.

Retail Outlets: Direct sales to end consumers in specialized stores or pharmacies set at 12000 CHF – TGK, 8000 CHF CBD.

6.4 Expansion and Growth

We plan to increase the number of greenhouses each quarter depending on the investments attracted. Our goal is to have 20 greenhouses by the end of 2026, ensuring the production of 12 tons of medical cannabis per year. Expansion stages will include the opening of new retail points in key regions.

6.5 Transition to a Public Company

After achieving our production and expansion goals, we plan to reorganize the company into a public corporation. NFT owners will receive shares in accordance with their stake in the project. This will allow investors not only to receive dividends but also trade shares on the stock market.

  • Completion of Expansion: By the end of 2027, the project plans to have a full 20 greenhouses, each providing stable production of medical cannabis.
  • Internationalization: Building on success in Switzerland, expansion will begin in other countries, including Mallorca, Ibiza, Canary, and Prague. This stage will allow the occupation of new markets and increase sales volumes.
